Management Team

Rob Gaudio - President
Rob is an Internet industry veteran with over 15 years of online media and marketing experience and over 7 years specific to Auto Finance serving Dealers and Lenders. Currently, Rob serves as the President and founder of HarborCredit.com, managing all facets of the company’s operations. Rob also manages Business Development, seeking new strategic relationships to strengthen and grow the company’s offering to dealers and lenders. Formally, Rob was a founder and partner at MEA Digital, a top 50 interactive marketing strategy and services firm. Rob managed many strategic clients, including online media and customer acquisition for HSBC Auto Finance for three years. In addition, he frequently is asked to speak at national conferences on the subject of Online Media. Rob also served in various marketing and operational roles with Infogate, Pointcast, and Boxlot, where he developed his tenure in online media and customer acquisition. He acquired his MBA in Finance from the University of Miami. A native of Toronto, Canada, he enjoys the warm weather of California, but remains true to his roots and love of hockey.

Tom Dorlig - Director Of Marketing
Tom Dorlig’s creativity and ability to grasp technology has helped him become a strong force for Harbor Credit. He’s a native of California that was stripped of the sunny beaches at 8 years old to move to the deserts of Tucson, Arizona. After graduating the University of Arizona School of Media Arts with a minor in Business Management he worked at ArtToday.com which owned and operated royalty-free stock imagery sites; ClipArt.com, Animations.com, Photos.com, FlashComponents.com. They quickly found Tom capable of running all their affiliate management, email campaigns, direct mail, and conference related operations. With a hand in marketing Photos.com which helped lead to the acquisition of ArtToday by JupiterMedia (now JupiterImages) Tom felt it was time to turn to California for opportunity. Shortly after arriving in California Tom was hired by AutoFusion, Inc; an online marketing company for Automotive Dealers, generating new car leads through their portal, Carprices.com. As the Director of Marketing he oversaw their AAA Auto Buying Program in Kentucky and Ohio helping in revitalizing a new design to simplify user experience and increase dealer sales from AAA members. Tom then joined Harbor Credit in July 2005 helping the company to develop its technology infrastructure and oversee the development of numerous core business relationships. Mr. Dorlig is happily awaiting his wedding and plans to continue surfing and skateboarding in his free time.

Steve Moretti – Board of Advisors
Steve Moretti has been a member of our Board since May 2008, providing guidance and insight based on his extensive experience in financial services, marketing, business development, and entrepreneurial environments. Mr. Moretti is a native of Maryland, and obtained his BS in Business Administration, and his MBA with a concentration in Finance at the University of Delaware. Following his education, Mr. Moretti worked in the Partnership Marketing group of FirstUSA Bank (later acquired by J.P Morgan Chase), where he managed a number of credit card programs including the very successful British Airways Visa. In 1999, Mr. Moretti moved to San Diego, CA accepting a position with PeopleFirst.com. As the Director of Business Development he helped PeopleFirst become, and maintain the position of nation’s largest online auto lender. PeopleFirst was acquired by Capital One in 2001 and Mr. Moretti continued his duties and advised other Capital One business units regarding online marketing and business development. In 2004, Mr. Moretti accepted a position with Kelley Blue Book, and as the Vice President of Business Development & Partnerships he oversaw a significant portion of the company's revenues, developed key products, and worked closely on one of the largest automotive research sites, kbb.com. Following KBB, he joined Interactive Financial Marketing Group as the SVP, Business Development & Consumer Marketing. In 2007, Mr. Moretti accepted his current role as the SVP, Business Development for onlineguru, a web publisher operating a number of large consumer sites including DMV.ORG, PopularSite.com, and Classifieds.org.

David Herscott – Board of Advisors
An Internet marketing veteran, David has spent the last thirteen years developing Internet strategies for global brands including: AT&T, Delta Airlines, Coors Brewing Company, Callaway Golf, Mitsubishi and Oakley among others. Starting out in advertising with BBDO, Herscott eventually joined Modem Media in 1995. In 2001 he cofounded MEA Digital which grew in to a top 50 interactive agency under his stewardship as President. Press, analysts and industry leaders frequently tap him for marketing and technology trends. He has been quoted in the New York Times and Wall Street Journal on numerous occasions, has written a book on Internet Marketing strategy (Marketing Mojo) and is a regular speaker at industry conferences including ad:tech, SES and the DMA. In 2008 he joined Advanta, one of the nation’s largest credit card issuers, to head up their eCommerce business.
